a really awesome place!

amazing location family walk helpful staff

the hotel location is amazing, it really is right in the heart of everything. it was great for my family, there was no long walks for the kids. the staff were really helpful, they gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants.

the floors are old, i saw that the carpets in the corridors were smelly.

the hotel has a swimming pool, it is great for a refreshing dip after a day exploring. i also noticed there is on-site parking, it is rare in the area. the location provides direct access to monuments.

broken mini-fridge obstructed view

the hotel location was good for seeing the sights. it was easy enough to walk around.

The room itself was a let down for me. the mini-fridge didn't work, i tried to cool some drinks, but it stayed warm. also, the promised city view was mostly a view of a brick wall. It was hard to see anything nice from the window.

The staff kept passing us around when we asked about the heating. The heat was restored the last day before we left. The room was quite small for a family AND it was quite expensive considering what it offered.

The staff helped me check in early, which I really appreciated. My room had a coffee machine and a bottle of water (a nice touch!).

I found the air conditioning not very effective. It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature.

poor air conditioning old gym equipment

The location was central, and the staff was helpful. The room was clean.

The air conditioning barely worked. It was difficult to adjust the temperature. The room was too warm to sleep comfortably. the gym equipment was old and not well maintained.
